Fresh Outlook has been operating since 2010 assisting newly released and single parents. Fresh Outlook strives to help our clients rebuild the life they desire! We help one gain their independence back, by providing the necessary tools to maintain freedom! We assist with obtaining a valid Drivers license, CDL Training, probation fees, housing, and transportation! We provide pen pal services as well as assisted visits with family and their children to strengthen the bond incarceration may weaken! We strive to help them achieve becoming productive individuals in society, and lessen recidivism
